This landmark project combines luxury waterfront living with world-class hospitality. The HR Manager will oversee all human resources functions, ensuring alignment between people strategy and overall business objectives while shaping and enhancing HR processes within a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all HR operations and processes across the organization
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and free zone regulations
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, and talent development
- Manage HRIS systems and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- 6–8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity
- Proven experience in HR within the real estate, construction, or property sectors
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and free zone regulations
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
