Overview
Join Nucassa Real Estate as a Human Resources Manager and play a pivotal role in scaling a fast-growing property development firm. This senior leadership role will partner closely with executives to design people strategies that support rapid growth while preserving a values-driven, high-performance culture. You’ll lead HR operations end-to-end and influence workforce decisions across development, sales, operations and design teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Nucassa’s growth plans, with an emphasis on the unique demands of real estate and construction operations.
  • Talent Acquisition & Retention: Lead recruitment and retention efforts across the business, from junior hires to senior appointments, ensuring the right talent is sourced and retained.
  • Organizational Design & Change Management: Act as a strategic advisor on organizational structure, workforce planning and change initiatives to support business objectives.
  • Culture & Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives that promote Nucassa’s core values, enhance engagement, and build an inclusive, high-performing workplace.
  • Performance & Development: Oversee performance management frameworks, learning & development programs, and succession planning to build internal capability.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure HR policies and practices comply with UAE employment law and effectively manage people-related risk.
  • Team Leadership & HR Operations: Build and mentor a capable HR team, manage HRIS and policies, and use HR analytics to guide data-driven decisions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
  • Industry experience: Prior exposure to real estate, property development or construction HR is highly desirable.
  • Technical know-how: Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, HRIS platforms, and HR analytics.
  • Leadership & influence: Proven ability to scale HR functions in growing organisations and to work confidently with executive leadership.
  • Communication & interpersonal: Excellent stakeholder management, coaching and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic + hands-on: Strategic thinker who is also comfortable with day-to-day HR delivery and execution.
