A leading real estate company in Dubai is seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager / Administrator to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing policies, and fostering a productive and positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s business goals.
• Manage employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with UAE labor laws.
• Support management in workforce planning, training, and development initiatives.
