Job Title: Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and manage end-to-end HR operations within a dynamic organization. The role involves overseeing recruitment activities, onboarding processes, payroll administration, and employee relations while ensuring full compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal company policies.

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing employee leave, WPS compliance, end-of-service benefits, and final settlements. This position also includes supervising HR staff, coordinating closely with project and operational teams for workforce planning, and supporting business needs across multiple sites.

In addition, the role requires developing and implementing HR policies, advising senior management on HR strategies, and driving initiatives related to performance management, workforce optimization, and organizational development.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline
  • Professional HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, CHRP, or equivalent are highly preferred
  • Minimum 10–15 years of HR experience, with at least 8–10 years working in the UAE
  • Mandatory background in contracting, construction, or engineering companies
  • Strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, WPS, and visa procedures
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-site workforce operations
