Description:
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead HR operations at Segments Cloud Computing LLC, based in Dubai Silicon Oasis. This role will own HR strategy and day-to-day HR delivery, ensuring compliance with UAE labour law while supporting growth through effective people practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily HR operations in line with company policies and UAE labour regulations.
- Develop, implement and maintain HR strategies, policies, and procedures that support business goals.
- Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs, set performance objectives, and define training priorities.
- Supervise and mentor the recruiter to streamline hiring and onboarding processes.
- Manage employee relations, conduct investigations, and handle disciplinary procedures professionally.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, leave management, and benefits administration.
- Maintain and update employee records, employment contracts, and HR systems.
- Lead performance appraisal cycles and design initiatives to improve retention and employee engagement.
- Ensure statutory compliance and apply HR best practices across the organisation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR statutory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proven experience in policy development, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working across functions and supporting a growing, dynamic business.
