Description:

Excellence Center is looking for an experienced Human Resources Executive (Tagalog Speaker) to join its team in Dubai. This role is ideal for HR professionals with a strong background in human resources operations, employee relations, and recruitment who are passionate about fostering a positive and productive workplace.

The successful candidate will support employees and management by overseeing HR processes, ensuring compliance with company policies, coordinating payroll activities, and contributing to continuous improvements across HR operations. Experience within the Tadbeer sector will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers.

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, benefits administration, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee offboarding.

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation within company systems.

• Support managers with day-to-day HR processes and best practice guidance.

• Coordinate payroll inputs and assist with monthly payroll processing.

• Contribute to HR projects and support continuous process improvements.

• Escalate employee-related concerns to management for appropriate action and resolution.

• Assist with employee investigations, performance improvement initiatives, and workplace compliance.

• Promote a positive work environment while supporting organizational goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a generalist or operational HR role.

• Experience in the Tadbeer sector is preferred.

• Strong understanding of employment laws, HR policies, and people management processes.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Fluency in English and Tagalog is required.

Strong knowledge of:

 • HR operations and employee lifecycle management

 • Payroll coordination and HR compliance

 • Employment law, HR policies, and employee relations
