Overview:
We are seeking a motivated UAE National to join our team as an HR Coordinator under the Emiratization Program. This on-site role at Novel Hotel City Center involves hands-on support for day-to-day HR operations and employee-focused activities within a fast-paced hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support full onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation and orientation.
• Maintain and update personnel records, HR files and attendance documentation.
• Assist in planning and coordinating staff events and internal engagement activities.
• Support basic HR administration tasks such as issuing letters, managing files and following up on documentation.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth HR service delivery.
• Provide general HR support to employees and managers as required.
Requirements:
• UAE National applicants only (position part of Emiratization initiative).
• High school diploma or higher; hospitality-related qualifications will be viewed favorably.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Professional, reliable, and able to work on-site in Abu Dhabi.
