Description:
J Restaurant Management is looking for a motivated and people-oriented Human Resource Assistant to join its growing team in Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is ideal for HR professionals who are passionate about recruitment, employee engagement, and creating a positive workplace culture within the hospitality industry.
The successful candidate will support a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance with UAE labour regulations. Key Responsibilities:
• Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with UAE labour laws.
• Assist with payroll preparation, attendance monitoring, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
• Respond to employee HR inquiries and promote a positive and professional work environment.
• Coordinate employee training, performance evaluations, and development initiatives.
• Assist with disciplinary matters, employee grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and UAE labour regulations.
• Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to the HR department.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in Human Resources, preferably within the hospitality or food & beverage industry.
• Good understanding of UAE labour laws, HR practices, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to work.
• Strong knowledge of:
