WeConnect Energy is seeking a highly skilled HSE Trainer to lead safety training initiatives for large-scale energy and infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi. This role focuses on promoting a safety-first culture, driving behavioral change, and ensuring workforce compliance with UAE HSE regulations and global standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage HSE training and development programs across site-based teams.
- Design and deliver interactive training sessions that engage employees and promote compliance.
- Collaborate closely with project management to ensure alignment with UAE safety regulations and international standards.

Requirements & Qualifications:
