Description:
Water Vision Technology is seeking an experienced HSE Specialist to lead the development, implementation, and management of the company’s Health, Safety, and Environment Management System (HSEMS) and Integrated Management System (IMS) across its UAE operations. This position is ideal for professionals who can independently manage HSE compliance while promoting a strong safety culture.
The successful candidate will take ownership of HSE documentation, audits, reporting, compliance activities, site coordination, employee training, and IMS implementation. Applicants with strong knowledge of ISO management systems and practical field experience in HSE are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish, implement, and maintain the company’s HSE Management System (HSEMS) and Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Develop and update HSE policies, procedures, plans, manuals, and related documentation.
• Conduct risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Permit to Work (PTW), LMRA, toolbox talks, and routine HSE inspections.
• Manage incident reporting, investigations, corrective actions, and close-out tracking.
• Prepare HSE reports, KPI updates, audit documentation, training records, and compliance reports.
• Deliver HSE training sessions, safety awareness programs, emergency drills, and site safety briefings.
• Support IMS implementation, ISO compliance initiatives, internal audits, and continual improvement activities.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HSE experience.
• NEBOSH Certification is mandatory.
• Valid UAE Driving License is required.
• Experience implementing and auditing HSEMS, IMS, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 management systems.
• Excellent documentation, communication, reporting, and training skills.
• GCC experience in utilities, infrastructure, construction, or field operations is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of:
• HSEMS and Integrated Management Systems (IMS).
• ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 standards.
• Permit to Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Risk Assessment (RA), LMRA, incident investigation, and HSE reporting.
