Description:
We are currently hiring experienced HSE Managers, HSE Engineers, and HSE Officers to support ongoing brownfield projects within the Oil & Gas sector in Abu Dhabi. These roles are suited for seasoned HSE professionals with strong field exposure and a solid understanding of safety standards, particularly within ADNOC-regulated environments. Candidates with proven brownfield project experience will be given priority.
The selected professionals will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards across project sites, ensuring full compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Role-Based Requirements:
HSE Manager (15+ Years Experience):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or HSE.
- Mandatory certifications including NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 Lead Auditor.
- Formal training in Incident Investigation.
- Proven brownfield project experience is mandatory.
HSE Engineer (10+ Years Experience):
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Science, or HSE.
- NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 Lead Auditor certifications required.
- Strong incident investigation knowledge and practical exposure.
- Brownfield project experience is mandatory.
HSE Officer (6+ Years Experience):
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- NEBOSH IGC and IOSH certifications required.
- Hands-on brownfield project experience is mandatory.
Additional Advantage:
- Any additional HSE-related certifications or specialized safety training will be considered a strong plus.
