A company operating in the construction and engineering sector in Abu Dhabi is currently looking to hire a qualified Female HSE Officer to support its office and project safety operations. The role is focused on maintaining workplace safety standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the implementation of health, safety, and environmental procedures across the organization.

The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting safety inspections, maintaining HSE documentation, and supporting project teams in strengthening safety practices. This position requires strong knowledge of UAE safety regulations as well as practical experience in safety audits, reporting, and risk management. Candidates who are available for immediate joining and those holding a spouse visa will be given preference.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular internal HSE audits and safety inspections to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate HSE documentation and safety compliance records.
• Ensure proper implementation of company health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Perform risk assessments and assist in identifying potential hazards within the workplace.
• Coordinate with project teams and management to enhance site safety practices.
• Prepare safety reports, incident documentation, and assist during external audits.
• Deliver toolbox talks and promote safety awareness among employees.

Requirements:
• NEBOSH certification is mandatory for this role.
• Strong knowledge of HSE audits, safety documentation, and compliance procedures.
• Practical experience in risk assessments, toolbox talks, and incident reporting.
• Familiarity with UAE HSE regulations and construction site safety standards.
• Good communication, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Female candidates with a spouse visa are preferred.
