💼 Position: HSE Manager
We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to oversee health, safety, and environmental standards across our construction projects in Sharjah. This role demands strong leadership, organizational abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of safety management practices to ensure compliance with all local and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Possess a recognized university degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Architecture), Physics, Chemistry, or a relevant science discipline, in accordance with project needs and accredited by the UAE Ministry of Higher Education.
- Bring at least 12 years of specialized experience on construction sites, including a minimum of 5 years at the HSE management level.
- Hold a valid HSE qualification certificate (LEVEL 6 Diploma) issued by an accredited safety consultant organization approved for construction worksites.
- Fulfill any additional requirements specified by the Specialized Department or local authorities.
- Obtain and maintain necessary approvals from authorities such as DM, DDA, Trakhees, and other local regulatory bodies.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Be currently residing in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
