We’re Hiring: HSE Assistant Manager

Location: Dubai

 Reporting To: Executive Director

Are you a hardcore HSE expert who lives and breathes safety? Got what it takes to lead in a high-risk, high-performance yard environment? We’re looking for a no-compromise HSE leader with hands-on Trakhees EHSMS experience to join our team and take full ownership of safety operations on-site.

Your Mission:

• Enforce zero-tolerance compliance with all Trakhees EHS regulations
• Lead and manage Permit to Work (PTW) systems for all high-risk activities
• Drive risk assessments, eliminate hazards, and reduce incident rates
• Own incident investigation, root cause analysis, and CAPA execution
• Run emergency response drills, train staff, and keep readiness at 100%
• Build a safety-first culture through relentless training and awareness
• Keep documentation tight, audit-ready, and regulator-approved
• Be the bridge between ground operations, contractors, and Trakhees authorities

What You Bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree + Valid Trakhees EHS certifications/licenses is a must
• 10+ years of hardcore HSE experience, with at least 6 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record in manufacturing / industrial / semi-logistics environments
• Deep knowledge of Trakhees EHSMS, UAE HSE law, and safety management systems
• Solid grip on incident response, PTW systems, and risk control protocols
• Calm under pressure, quick decision-maker, and confident in emergencies
