DICK’S Sporting Goods is looking for an experienced and hands-on HRIS Manager to lead the Talent portfolio (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Learning) within our HRIS organization. Your Role:
You will own the technical and strategic direction for Workday in Talent areas, lead and develop a team of HRIS analysts, and partner closely with HR and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions. You’ll ensure operational excellence, drive system improvements, and deliver accurate data and reporting to support decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of HRIS analysts, providing coaching and career development.
- Oversee configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday for Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Learning.
- Translate functional requirements into technical solutions and prioritize roadmap items with stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects (upgrades, implementations, enhancements) ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Drive process improvements and innovation across HRIS practices to increase efficiency and reliability.
- Ensure data integrity and reporting through audits and robust controls so business partners receive trustworthy insights.
- Maintain compliance and security for HRIS processes and employee data.
- Partner cross-functionally with HR, IT, and business teams to align HRIS capabilities with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 5–7 years supporting HR systems and HR/Total Rewards processes.
- 5+ years of Workday experience.
- 2+ years of people management experience leading HRIS or technical HR teams.
- Strong project management skills and experience with system implementations.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver data integrity, reporting, and scalable solutions.
