Description:
VLCC Group in Dubai is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join its Human Resources Department. The selected candidate will report directly to the Head of HR and play a key role in overseeing HR operations, ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws, and supporting the company’s workforce objectives through effective people management.

Role Overview:
The HR Specialist will be responsible for managing payroll, maintaining HR reports, handling employee lifecycle processes, and ensuring all HR practices align with local regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management: Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing while maintaining compliance with statutory and internal policies.
MIS & Reporting: Develop and maintain detailed HR dashboards, workforce analytics, and monthly HR reports for senior management.
Employee Exit & F&F: Oversee resignation procedures, clearance formalities, and Full & Final settlements according to company policy.
Labour Law Compliance: Ensure all HR practices comply with UAE labour laws; advise management on any compliance updates.
Performance Management: Assist in the execution and tracking of performance appraisal systems and support managers in employee evaluations.
Employee Records: Maintain precise and updated employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (Master’s preferred).
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in HR operations, payroll, and compliance.
• Strong understanding of UAE labour laws and HR compliance standards.
• Proficient in HRMS, payroll systems, and advanced Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication abilities.
• High attention to detail, strong organization, and confidentiality in handling HR data.
• Prior experience within the Healthcare or Wellness industry is mandatory.
