We’re Hiring – HR Specialist


VRS Technologies L.L.C., a well-established organisation with over 15 years’ presence across the UAE, KSA, Qatar and India, is seeking a proactive HR Specialist to join our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience across recruitment, employee engagement, HR compliance and payroll coordination, and will help drive HR operations that support business growth and employee satisfaction.

📌 What We’re Looking For:

  • HR/Business Degree (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working in HR functions — recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, and compliance.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and staff professionally.
  • Sound knowledge of UAE labour laws and practical HR compliance experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office & HRMS tools for record-keeping, reporting and daily HR tasks.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities (typical day-to-day):

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Assist with payroll coordination and maintain accurate HR records.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and support performance management processes.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices comply with UAE labour regulations.
  • Use HRMS and MS Office to prepare reports, maintain personnel files and support HR projects.
