Description:
DoorDash is seeking a detail-oriented HR Service Desk Admin to join our People Services team, a key component of our People Operations organization. This team focuses on delivering scalable, employee-first HR support and operational excellence, managing core functions and lifecycle transactions from onboarding to offboarding.

The HR Service Desk Admin will play a vital role in processing employee requests, managing I-9 verifications, conducting audits for data integrity, and supporting ad hoc Center of Excellence (COE) projects. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, People Operations, you will be instrumental in evolving HR support at scale and enhancing the employee experience globally.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process employee requests in Workday with accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to company policies.
• Perform I-9 verifications in compliance with federal regulations.
• Conduct routine audits to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
• Host monthly People Ops Office Hours to assist employees and answer HR inquiries.
• Support COE projects, improving processes through automation and workflow enhancements.
• Utilize technologies such as Workday, Jira, and Confluence to manage employee data efficiently.
• Serve as a partner to employees, providing support, guidance, and fostering inclusion.
