WE ARE HIRING — HR RECRUITER
LITCO Group is looking to onboard an enthusiastic and experienced HR Recruiter to join its growing HR team in the UAE. This role is ideal for professionals who have hands-on exposure to recruiting both white-collar and blue-collar talent across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for various positions across the organization
- Source and attract candidates using platforms such as Naukri Gulf, Indeed, LinkedIn, Dubizzle, and other hiring channels
- Conduct initial screening calls, shortlist suitable candidates, and coordinate interview schedules
- Maintain organized recruitment records including candidate pipelines, interview trackers, and dashboards
- Support bulk hiring requirements, particularly for blue-collar and manpower roles
- Draft and publish job descriptions, job advertisements, and recruitment-related reports
- Coordinate onboarding processes including document collection and joining formalities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies, manpower suppliers, and internal teams
- Ensure recruitment activities align with company manpower planning and growth objectives
Requirements:
- Proven experience recruiting white-collar roles such as Engineers, Supervisors, Admin, HR, Finance, Architects, and similar positions
- Strong background in blue-collar hiring including technicians, helpers, welders, fabricators, drivers, and related roles
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and online recruitment tools
- Immediate availability to join will be an added advantage
