Description:
A well-established e-commerce company in Dubai is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Recruiter Admin to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment activities along with handling essential HR administrative tasks efficiently and independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Handle both bulk hiring requirements and specialized/niche role recruitment.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and timelines.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and HR records.
- Perform core HR administrative duties and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Utilize advanced MS Excel skills for reporting, tracking, and HR analytics.
- Manage multiple open roles simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant UAE experience in HR or recruitment.
- Proven track record in recruitment (both volume and specialized hiring).
- Strong command of MS Excel (mandatory requirement).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Candidate must currently be available in the UAE.
Working Hours:
- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- 6 days per week
