We Are Hiring — HR Professional-PRO
We are looking for an energetic and hands-on HR professional to join our Dubai team. This role requires someone who can manage everyday HR operations, support recruitment and onboarding, and act as a reliable point of contact for employees and other departments.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of practical HR experience.
- UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage (not mandatory).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage routine HR activities efficiently and maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment tasks including shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and supporting new hire onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and other HR documentation.
- Provide support for payroll-related queries and basic employee relations matters.
- Coordinate with different departments to address HR needs and facilitate smooth operations.
