An organization based in Dubai is seeking a motivated and experienced HR Professional to join its team and support the company’s human resources operations and employee-focused initiatives. This role is designed for individuals who have solid experience in HR functions and are interested in contributing to the development of effective people strategies in a growing business environment.

The selected candidate will work closely with leadership and internal teams while gaining exposure to a wide range of HR responsibilities. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Oversee employee lifecycle processes such as employment contracts, confirmations, internal transfers, and exit procedures.
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records while ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law requirements.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs along with attendance monitoring and employee leave management.
  • Support performance evaluation processes and assist in employee engagement programs.
  • Contribute to HR reporting, workforce planning, and implementation of company policies.
  • Act as the main contact point for employees regarding HR-related questions and support.

Requirements

  • Minimum of six years of professional experience in human resources.
  • Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance practices.
  • Practical experience managing HR operations and handling employee relations matters.
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple HR tasks and responsibilities.
