Overview
TLM International FZE is seeking a proactive and organized HR & PRO Admin to manage end-to-end HR operations while handling government relations and corporate compliance tasks. The ideal candidate will combine solid HR experience with hands-on PRO knowledge (visa processing, government liaison, trade license administration) to ensure the business remains compliant and employees are well supported.
Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update employee records, personnel files and HR databases.
• Process payroll-related inputs, manage attendance and leave records.
• Ensure company policies and practices align with UAE labour law and Free Zone regulations.
• Draft HR letters, policies, contracts and other official documentation as required.
• Support employee relations — address grievances, advise managers and assist staff with HR queries.
• Assist recruitment activities, onboarding and basic training coordination (recruitment experience is a plus).
• Produce timely HR reports and help management with people-related analytics and decisions.
Public Relations Officer (PRO) Duties:
• Manage all visa-related processes including applications, renewals, cancellations, and Emirates ID processing.
• Liaise with government authorities and Free Zone entities (MOHRE, GDRFA, Immigration, relevant Free Zone Authorities) to obtain approvals and ensure documentation is in order.
• Handle trade license renewals, company registrations, and other corporate compliance matters.
• Coordinate attestation, authentication, translation and submission of official documents when required.
• Keep up to date with changes in UAE labour, immigration and business regulations and implement required updates.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or similar.
• Minimum 2 years’ combined HR + PRO experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, Free Zone procedures and immigration processes.
• Proficient in MS Office and experienced with HR software / ERP systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.
• Prior experience with JAFZA or DMCC/JLT procedures is strongly preferred.
• Able to work independently, manage competing priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
