Hiring: HR Payroll Officer


Emirates National Facilities Management (EnFM) is seeking an experienced HR Payroll Officer to manage comprehensive payroll operations, including compensation and benefits for both corporate and site-based teams. This role requires close coordination with HR, site management, and finance teams to ensure payroll accuracy and timely processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process end-to-end payroll for all employees accurately and on schedule.
  • Manage compensation, benefits, and statutory deductions in compliance with UAE labor laws.
  • Coordinate with HR, site managers, and finance teams to resolve payroll-related queries.
  • Maintain payroll records, reports, and documentation for audit purposes.
  • Support HR initiatives and employee-related administrative functions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–4 years of payroll experience, preferably within the UAE Facilities Management sector.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills to liaise effectively between HR, site, and finance teams.
  • Attention to detail and proficiency in payroll systems and related software.
