We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR / Payroll Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in UAE labor laws, payroll processing, and end-to-end HR operations. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing employee records, payroll accuracy, and compliance with local regulations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Finance, or a related discipline
- At least 5 years of proven UAE experience in HR and payroll functions
- Strong working knowledge of UAE Labor Law and related regulations
- High level of integrity with the ability to manage confidential information
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete HR operations along with in-house payroll processing
- Handle payroll calculations, WPS submissions, and attendance tracking
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Prepare final settlements and calculate end-of-service and terminal benefits
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies
- Prepare HR and payroll reports for management review
