Description:
August 75 is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven HR & Operations Manager to join their team in Sharjah. This role is ideal for a professional who can effectively oversee both human resources functions and operational activities within a manpower-focused environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving workforce performance, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring smooth operational execution across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, recruitment, and onboarding
• Monitor KPIs and KPAs across departments to ensure performance targets are achieved
• Oversee employee attendance systems and workforce management processes
• Handle Emiratization initiatives, ensuring full compliance and effective implementation
• Track workforce productivity and implement strategies to improve efficiency
• Develop and execute employee engagement programs to boost morale and retention
• Plan and coordinate training and development initiatives for staff growth
• Implement employee retention strategies and support overall wellbeing programs
• Lead workforce mobilization planning and ensure timely deployment of personnel
• Manage worker mobilization activities, including logistics and coordination
• Conduct onsite trade testing and skill assessments for workforce evaluation
• Oversee facility optimization, including accommodation (camps) and transportation arrangements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Ensure effective supplier management, retention, and long-term collaboration
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience working within a manpower company
• Strong understanding of HR operations and workforce management practices
• UAE Driving License is mandatory
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities across HR and operations functions
