HR Operations Executive required

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Operations Executive with a strong background in the Facilities Management industry .The role involves managing HR operations and workforce coordination across multiple FM service sites.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of HR experience in the Facilities Management industry
• Attendance, leave & disciplinary tracking
• Support training, HSE, and staff development
• Coordination of staff logistics (accommodation, transport, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law & FM operations
• Excellent communication & coordination skills
• Proficient in HRMS & Microsoft Office
• Languages: English (Hindi/Arabic is desirable)
• Manage company SOPs and contribute to process improvements
• Support in recruitment and onboarding for all FM roles
