Khadamat is seeking a detail-focused HR Officer (Payroll) to join our Al Ain team. This role is centered on accurate payroll processing, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, and supporting HR operations with dependable administrative support. The ideal candidate will be a UAE national with hands-on payroll experience and strong attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years’ payroll experience.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor law & payroll systems.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll on schedule, including salary calculations, deductions, allowances and benefits.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure statutory compliance.
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance to resolve payroll queries and reconciliations.
  • Support general HR administration as required and respond promptly to employee payroll inquiries.
