Description:

A reputable organization, GAL, is currently seeking a proactive and detail-focused HR Officer to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This role is suited for professionals who are experienced in handling HR operations and administrative functions within a fast-paced and structured environment.

The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR processes, supporting employees, and maintaining compliance with UAE labor regulations while contributing to overall organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, offering clear guidance on company policies, procedures, and processes

• Work closely with HR Business Partners and department heads to support day-to-day HR functions and ongoing initiatives

• Coordinate onboarding activities, including arranging logistics such as airport pickups, accommodation, and medical appointments

• Maintain and manage employee records and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality

• Handle visa cancellation processes and liaise with relevant departments to ensure timely completion

• Conduct exit interviews and collect feedback to help improve HR practices and employee experience

• Provide direction to Admin Services Assistants and oversee the daily coordination of HR HQ drivers

• Ensure all HR administrative activities comply with internal policies and UAE labor laws

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR operations or administrative roles

• Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and UAE labor regulations

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively
