Description:

A prestigious sports and recreational complex in Sharjah is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead its complete human resources function. The role will cover HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, workforce planning, compliance, and the development of effective HR policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hospitality, leisure, recreation, or retail environments and a solid understanding of UAE Labor Law, MOHRE requirements, and visa processes. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who can operate effectively in a dynamic, multicultural, and customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end HR operations across the organization.

• Manage talent acquisition, recruitment, and workforce planning activities.

• Ensure HR practices comply with UAE Labor Law and MOHRE requirements.

• Oversee employee visa and related employment processes.

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.

• Support employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives.

• Manage HR requirements for a multicultural workforce.

• Partner with management to address employee and workforce matters.

Requirements:

• 6–10+ years of professional HR Management experience.

• Strong preference for candidates with Hospitality, Leisure, Recreation, or Retail experience.

• In-depth knowledge of UAE Labor Law and MOHRE guidelines.

• Strong understanding of UAE visa and employment processes.

• Proven experience in multicultural workforce planning and employee engagement.

• Experience developing and implementing HR policies and SOPs.

• Professional proficiency in English.

• Arabic fluency is a strong advantage.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Strong knowledge of:
