Are you a passionate HR professional with experience in the fast-paced world of hospitality and F&B? Join our team at Doner & Gyros as we expand across the UAE!

Looking for an HR Manager to lead HR strategies and operations across multiple outlets — driving talent acquisition, compliance, performance, and culture.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Talent acquisition for restaurant, kitchen, and management roles
• Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws (MOHRE, GDRFA, etc.)
• Manage payroll, visas, onboarding/offboarding
• Lead performance management & KPI systems
• Champion employee engagement, culture & well-being
• Collaborate with PROs and support Emiratisation
• Report HR insights to senior leadership

Who We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• 5–7 years’ HR experience in F&B or hospitality, with 2+ years in the UAE as Manager
• UAE labor law expert
• Proficient in MS Office, HRIS, Tasheel, Tawteen
• Excellent communication & leadership skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog are a plus)
• Immediate joiners preferred
