Position: HR Manager – Welfare

Location: Dubai

Summary: The HR Manager – Welfare is responsible for managing employee welfare initiatives, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. This role involves overseeing employee relations, welfare facilities (accommodation, transport, etc.), grievance handling, and implementing HR policies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Welfare & Engagement
  • Oversee welfare programs, including accommodation, transport, and workplace facilities.
  • Conduct regular site and camp visits to monitor employee well-being and address concerns.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee morale, engagement, and retention.
  • Organize employee events, health and wellness programs, and awareness sessions.

Employee Relations & Grievance Handling

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances and resolve issues promptly.
  • Mediate disputes between employees and management while ensuring a fair resolution process.
  • Maintain confidential records of complaints, investigations, and resolutions.

HR Compliance & Policies

  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law, company policies, and occupational health and safety standards.
  • Regularly review and update HR policies, especially those related to welfare and workplace conditions.
  • Prepare reports on welfare activities, employee satisfaction, and grievances.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with camp bosses, transport managers, and site supervisors to ensure smooth welfare operations.
  • Collaborate with senior management to plan and execute welfare budgets and policies.
  • Communicate welfare policies and procedures effectively to all staff.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Driving License Mandatory
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
