Description:
A well-established Family Office in the UAE is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead its people and HR operations across both corporate and household functions. This is a senior standalone position offering the opportunity to work directly with the Family Principal and establish a strong, efficient HR function.
The successful candidate will oversee the complete employee lifecycle, develop HR strategies and policies, ensure compliance with UAE employment laws, and manage sensitive HR matters with the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, and employee relations.
• Advise the Family Principal on workforce planning, people strategy, and organizational development.
• Develop and implement HR policies, systems, processes, and governance frameworks.
• Oversee HR operations for both corporate employees and household staff.
• Ensure compliance with UAE employment laws, HR regulations, and industry best practices.
• Handle confidential employee matters with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements:
• 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience working within a Family Office, private investment office, UHNW environment, or professional services.
• Strong knowledge of UAE employment law and HR best practices.
• CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, or an equivalent HR certification.
• Comfortable managing HR operations across both corporate and household functions.
• Highly discreet, credible, and confident working with senior stakeholders.
• Strong hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of:
• UAE employment law and HR compliance.
• HR policies, governance, and workforce planning.
• Recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
