Description:
Euro Gulf Techno Services LLC is currently looking to hire an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead and manage its human resources operations in Dubai. This role is ideal for seasoned HR professionals with a strong background in the construction industry and a proven ability to manage full-spectrum HR functions within medium to large organizations.
The successful candidate will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, enhancing workforce performance, and fostering a positive and productive organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s overall goals, including workforce planning, recruitment, and employee engagement
• Oversee the complete HR lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and compliance with UAE labor laws
• Lead HR transformation initiatives such as policy development, process automation, organizational restructuring, and culture enhancement programs
• Review existing HR practices, identify gaps, and ensure effective implementation of approved policies and procedures
• Establish performance tracking systems, accountability frameworks, and reporting mechanisms for all HR functions
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership and department heads to ensure HR strategies support business objectives
• Promote open communication across departments and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an HR professional within the construction industry
• 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 4–6 years in a managerial role within the UAE
• Strong experience managing full-spectrum HR operations in medium to large organizations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking ability with a solutions-oriented mindset
