Description:

Eagle Marine is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join its expanding team in the UAE. This position is ideal for HR professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have prior experience within engineering, marine, or offshore industries.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing all core human resources functions while ensuring compliance with UAE labor regulations and supporting organizational growth through effective HR strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees

• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all HR practices comply with UAE Labour Law

• Coordinate payroll processes and manage employee leave records efficiently

• Lead performance management processes, including appraisals and employee engagement initiatives

• Work closely with the PRO to handle visa processing, work permits, and other government-related documentation

• Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives

• Support management in building a positive workplace culture and improving employee satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within engineering, marine, or offshore sectors

• Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR management systems

• Ability to manage multiple HR functions effectively in a dynamic work environment
