Gulf Oryx Events & Fencing is currently seeking a skilled and experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage the complete human resources function across the organization. This role is ideal for a self-driven HR professional who can independently handle core HR responsibilities while ensuring full compliance with UAE Labour Law.

The HR Manager will play a key role in supporting business operations by managing recruitment activities, maintaining effective employee relations, and ensuring smooth HR processes across all departments.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
  • Oversee daily HR operations, records, and employee documentation
  • Ensure strict compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
  • Handle employee relations, performance issues, and workplace concerns
  • Coordinate closely with PRO services and payroll administration

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in an HR role within the UAE
