We’re Hiring: HR Manager (UAE)

An excellent opportunity is available for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to join a growing organization in the UAE. This role is responsible for managing complete HR operations while ensuring full compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting management through effective people management and strong HR governance.

Key Responsibilities:


• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exit processes
• Develop, implement, and regularly update HR policies and procedures in line with UAE Labour Law
• Ensure full compliance with MOHRE regulations, labour law requirements, and internal company policies
• Handle visa processing, work permits, employment contracts, renewals, and cancellations
• Coordinate payroll activities, leave management, gratuity calculations, and end-of-service benefits
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling professionally
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
• Conduct performance appraisals and support management in talent development initiatives
• Assist with audits and government inspections when required
• Provide continuous HR guidance and support to both management and employees

Job Requirements:


• 2 to 6 years of proven HR experience within the UAE
• Strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law, HR policies, and compliance standards
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and employee relations
• Ability to handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures with professionalism
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems
