An established organization in Dubai is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and strengthen its human resources function. This full-time role is designed for a senior HR professional with extensive UAE experience who can manage end-to-end HR operations while driving strategic initiatives that support business growth and organizational effectiveness.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Master’s degree or professional HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or CHRP will be considered a strong advantage.
  • 8 to 12 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 4 to 6 years in a managerial role within the UAE.
  • Proven track record in handling complete HR functions in medium to large-sized organizations.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labour laws, HR best practices, compensation structures, and performance management frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and manage HR projects from planning through execution.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a strategic, solution-focused approach.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee engagement.
  • Oversee complete HR operations such as onboarding, performance management, and legal compliance with UAE labour regulations.
  • Lead HR transformation initiatives, including policy development, process automation, organizational restructuring, and culture-building programs.
  • Review existing HR policies and practices, identify gaps, and ensure strict and consistent implementation across the organization.
  • Establish accountability structures, performance tracking systems, and accurate HR reporting mechanisms.
  • Work closely with senior management and department heads to align HR initiatives with operational and strategic goals.
  • Promote open communication across departments and foster a positive, productive work environment.
