Our client, a growing construction contractor operating across the UAE, is looking for a skilled HR Manager to lead their Human Resources function. This pivotal role involves overseeing all HR operations, ensuring compliance with UAE labour law, and supporting recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organisational development. The HR Manager will work closely with senior leadership to enhance HR processes and contribute to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the HR function and provide operational support to senior leadership
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for both white-collar and site-based personnel across projects
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law, immigration, and employment regulations
  • Handle employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Implement HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks
  • Support workforce planning and manpower forecasting to ensure project delivery
  • Manage performance management processes and support employee development initiatives
  • Oversee HR administration including contracts, personnel records, leave management, and benefits coordination

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to the UAE construction sector
  • At least 3 years in a management role overseeing HR operations
  • Proven knowledge of UAE Labour Law and visa/immigration procedures
  • Experience managing large or multi-project workforces
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
