We are currently inviting applications for the position of HR Generalist for Dubai-based operations. This role is suited for individuals who are well-versed in UAE Labour Law, experienced in building HR frameworks, and confident in managing the full employee lifecycle with professionalism and empathy.

Your Role as HR Generalist:

  • Plan, manage, and execute HR operations across onboarding, offboarding, and the complete employee lifecycle
  • Prepare, review, and implement legally compliant HR documentation, including contracts, warning letters, and policy updates
  • Ensure strict adherence to UAE Labour Law and internal company procedures
  • Act as a communication bridge between management and employees with clarity, professionalism, and warmth
  • Support manpower pooling initiatives and talent acquisition activities with speed and discipline
  • Enhance company culture through clear, branded, and human-centered HR communication
