Description:
An organization in the UAE is urgently seeking an experienced HR Generalist who is available to join immediately. This role is suited for a proactive HR professional capable of independently managing end-to-end human resources operations while ensuring full compliance with UAE labor regulations. The position involves close interaction with employees, management, and external authorities to ensure smooth HR processes across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in UAE visa processes, employee relations, payroll coordination, and HR documentation, along with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage complete HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
• Handle UAE visa processes such as new applications, renewals, cancellations, onboarding, and exit formalities
• Maintain accurate employee records, personal files, and HR databases
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, and internal company policies
• Process payroll inputs, leave records, attendance tracking, and benefits administration
• Coordinate employee joining and exit procedures, clearance processes, and final settlements
• Handle employee relations matters, grievances, and disciplinary procedures professionally
• Support performance management systems and employee appraisal cycles
• Coordinate training programs, employee inductions, and HSE-related trainings
• Liaise with PROs, government authorities, insurance providers, and external vendors
• Prepare HR reports, official letters, policies, and formal correspondence
• Assist management with HR analytics, reporting, and workforce planning
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 3–5 years of relevant HR Generalist experience within the UAE
• Strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law and visa procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems
• Ability to work independently and manage confidential information with discretion
• Immediate availability is mandatory
