Square Yards is looking to hire a passionate and energetic HR Executive specializing in Talent Acquisition to support its recruitment operations in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about hiring, candidate engagement, and building strong talent pipelines.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting onboarding processes. The role requires strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and hands-on experience with leading job portals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
• Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates for various roles.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Handle job portal postings and maintain active recruitment listings.
• Support employee onboarding and documentation processes.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Requirements:
