Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including manpower planning, job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks aligned with UAE Labour Law.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution efficiently.
- Oversee payroll processing, attendance, and leave management in coordination with accounts and operations teams.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance workforce performance and retention.
- Support operations teams in workforce planning for drivers, bikers, warehouse, and office staff.
- Manage performance appraisal systems and provide recommendations on promotions, salary increments, or corrective measures.
- Maintain accurate HR records, contracts, and employee files.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve satisfaction and reduce attrition.
Key Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
