HR Executive / HR Manager – Kaaya Prime Realty LLC (Dubai)

Kaaya Prime Realty LLC is a fast-growing premium real estate advisory firm based in Dubai, known for handling high-value property transactions, investor relations, and building strong broker networks across India and the UAE. The organization is currently seeking an energetic and experienced HR professional who can establish strong people operations, lead structured recruitment initiatives, and help maintain a positive, high-performing workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Source, shortlist, and interview candidates for Sales, Telesales, Marketing, Administration, and Operations roles
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of real estate agents and brokers across the UAE and India
  • Handle the complete recruitment cycle from job postings to onboarding
  • Coordinate with recruitment agencies and manage job portal relationships

HR Operations & Policy Management

  • Create and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks
  • Maintain employee files, attendance records, and performance documentation
  • Manage probation reviews, employee evaluations, and confirmations
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law, visa processing, and internal policies

 Office Culture & Employee Engagement

  • Foster a motivated, energetic, and collaborative work environment
  • Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and monthly rewards
  • Oversee smooth onboarding processes, including training plans and documentation

Payroll & Administrative Support

  • Coordinate with the accounts team for payroll processing, commissions, incentives, and leave records
  • Prepare HR-related documents such as contracts, NDAs, offer letters, and internal memos
  • Provide administrative support to management when required

Strategic HR Support to Management

  • Work closely with the CEO and Managing Director on workforce planning
  • Recommend strategies to improve performance, retention, and workplace culture
  • Prepare monthly HR reports covering recruitment, performance, and employee movements

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–5 years of experience in HR, preferably within the real estate sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Positive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid knowledge of UAE Labour Law, visa procedures, and HR compliance
  • Capability to manage hiring independently while handling sensitive information
  • Preference given to candidates with experience hiring real estate brokers or sales teams
