Description:
A growing organization in Fujairah is looking for an experienced HR Executive to join its team and support the delivery of an outstanding employee experience. This role is ideal for HR professionals with UAE experience who are passionate about recruitment, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing HR activities, ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law, and supporting workforce development initiatives. Candidates with hospitality or F&B industry experience and immediate availability will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support recruitment and onboarding activities for new employees.
• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee records.
• Coordinate employee engagement and HR initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
• Maintain HR documentation and assist with administrative processes.
• Support HR systems and maintain accurate employee data.
Requirements:
• 2–5 years of HR experience in the UAE (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Hospitality or F&B industry experience is preferred.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of:
