Mapack Packaging Industries LLC is expanding its operations and is currently seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to join its team in Dubai Industrial City. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who can manage end-to-end HR functions in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance with UAE labour regulations. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support a positive and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes
• Handle employee relations, engagement, and retention activities
• Oversee payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, visa regulations, and company policies
• Maintain accurate HR records and employee documentation
• Support performance management and HR reporting activities
Requirements:
• Minimum 3+ years of HR experience in the UAE
