Vazir Group is currently seeking a proactive and experienced HR Executive to join its team in Dubai. This role is best suited for a hands-on HR professional who can effectively manage recruitment, administrative responsibilities, and operational tasks within a dynamic work environment.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in overseeing end-to-end HR functions while ensuring compliance with UAE regulations. This position requires someone who can multitask efficiently, support business operations, and collaborate closely with senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
• Oversee daily HR operations, administration, and employee-related activities
• Handle employee visa processing including new applications, renewals, and cancellations
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies
• Support organizational operations and coordinate with different departments
• Assist senior management with HR strategies and team management
Requirements:
• Proven experience in HR, administration, and operations
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and regulations
