The Switch Company is currently looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to join their team in Dubai. This role is ideal for an HR professional who can manage end-to-end human resource functions and contribute to building a positive and productive workplace environment.
The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with policies, and enhancing employee engagement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
