Square Yards Dubai is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join their expanding team. The role is focused primarily on talent acquisition while also handling essential HR operations, making it ideal for candidates with experience in the Dubai real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers
- Handle onboarding processes and maintain accurate HR documentation
- Assist in HR operations and support the HR team with administrative tasks
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination between candidates, managers, and internal teams
Requirements:
- Experience in the Dubai real estate sector is essential
- Must be based in Dubai and available for immediate joining
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple HR tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Additional Information:
- Working days: 5 days per week with Sunday & Monday as fixed off days
- Role split: 80% Talent Acquisition and 20% HR Operations
