Asian Tiger Shipping LLC, a leading freight forwarding and shipping company in Dubai, is seeking a skilled and experienced HR Executive to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong operational knowledge of human resources, hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, and the ability to manage end-to-end HR functions in a fast-paced corporate environment.
The HR Executive will be responsible for handling multiple HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and visa processing. This role demands attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job postings to candidate onboarding.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
• Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documents.
• Conduct induction programs and manage exit procedures.
HR Documentation & Records
• Maintain accurate employee files and HR databases.
• Track document expiries including visas, passports, Emirates IDs, and licenses.
Visa & Immigration Processing
• Coordinate visa applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Liaise with PROs and UAE authorities for approvals and documentation.
Payroll & Attendance Support
• Verify attendance and leave records.
• Coordinate payroll processing with the finance department.
Employee Relations & Engagement
• Address employee inquiries and concerns.
• Support conflict resolution and engagement initiatives.
HR Compliance & Policies
• Ensure adherence to UAE labor law and internal HR policies.
• Support audits, labor inspections, and insurance enrollment.
Performance & Training Support
• Assist with performance appraisal cycles.
• Organize and maintain training programs and records.
